The CerviLoft pillow features a removable neck roll that assists in restoring the natural curve of the neck to help alleviate headaches and neck pain. The pillow is customizable; it will arrive overstuffed so you can simply unzip the cover to remove as much fiber as you would like.
The soft, clean, virgin cluster fiber increases the life of the pillow because the little fiber balls rearrange themselves inside the pillow when "fluffed", preventing lumping and increasing the resiliency of the pillow. Cluster fiber is soft, does not clump or bunch, is hypoallergenic, and machine washable for added convenience and easy care. Simply remove or add stuffing throughout the life of your pillow to suit your size, shape, or sleep position. This puts you in control - soft or firm, the choice is yours. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CeriLoft Adjustable Cervical pillow is comfortable and I really liked the ability to adjust the height & feel by removing the fiber fill. I ultimately chose the Therapeutica Orthopedic pillow because it offered more neck support. Overall, I do recommend the CeriLoft for anyone that prefers a more traditional pillow feel while still having some neck support.

It took me several days of removing and adding back pillow filling, but it has turned out to be a GREAT pillow for my NECK!! I occasionally have to readjust the cervical support piece, but it is really no problem. It works great! I love the blue cooling layer which is included and sewn in, because my head has sweat through pillows before, but not with this pillow. Best choice for me!!

Initially I had to adjust to the neck support. But now, I believe that it is one of the best pillows I have ever used. I love being able to adjust the pillow's loft so in the end I have a pillow uniquedly designed for me and my particular needs..

the jury is still out: have had the Cervaloft for a couple weeks now. I had read reviews and hints for getting used to it in the first place: removed a big hunk of the polyfil and put the neoprene roll on the bottom and filling on top. I tried it for few hours and would change it out. Did that for a few nights. Now I'm using most of the night and it DOES support my head and neck and most of my neck pain has disappeared so hoping for continued success.

I removed a LOT of fill from the pillow, otherwise my head was pushed too far forward. I fall asleep on my back and tend to roll to my side(s) while sleeping, and I was pleased that I still had good support (especially for my neck) on my side. However much I adjusted the roll/fill, I still haven't found the sweet spot. I've been a Tri-Core pillow user for 10+ years after a whiplash injury, and I loved the idea of a more traditional pillow shape that would still support my neck. I'll keep trying this one, but I think maybe it doesn't fit my specific head/neck support needs.

I am a back sleeper and followed the directions given for back sleepers. i removed approximately 25 percent of the filling and inserted the enclosed roller. I found the roller was too firm for me directly under my neck. I reversed the pillow so that the roller was padded by the filling. I really couldn’t feel the roller at all and not sure if it offered any additional support being used that way. However, i did find the pillow to be comfortable and maybe a little too soft. I will work with it by adding more of the filling to firm it up a trifle. Overall, i found that it is a viable option to other pillows that i own.

I almost messed up when I first got the pillow and threw the black foam roll away, but that is essential to the greatness of this pillow and what offers great cervical support. I really like that this pillow provides neck support, but is also still a cozy pillow, especially since so many cervical support pillows lack being fluffiness. You can change the level of firmness by removing the interior fluff, but I liked it just as it was. There is also a flat, cooling foam piece that is just wonderful in the summer. This has become my new favorite pillow.

I use the roll under my neck if I want to sleep on my back, and then I will flip the pillow over so the roll is on the underside when I want to sleep on my side. This props up my neck more when I am on my side and prevents my shoulder from caving in. Wonderful pillow I highly recommend!

I wish I could love this pillow......but for me, the neck roll is just a little too big. I do love the fact that you can adjust how much stuffing is inside the pillow, although I wish there was something to keep the extra stuffing in, but that is a minor inconvenience for me. I do not notice any cooling effect at all from that side of the pillow. The quality of this pillow is excellent. It would be helpful if there was information/instructions included in the packaging about the pillow. I had to look up the pillow on the website to see how to put the roll inside, and even then, in the pictures it looks like there should be a pocket to slide the roll into, but I couldn't find anything like that, so I just pushed it along a seam.

The pillow is a great idea and executed very well. The cover is soft and cool, the filling is plush. I have tried very hard to accommodate this pillow but am unable to. I have removed most of the stuffing as I am a side/belly sleeper yet the pillow still provides too much lift. The neck roll is too thick and the density of the foam provides no compression. If you are a back sleeper and enjoy an elevated head position, this is the pillow for you. Tons of plush and good cooling qualities to boot. If not, that's okay. I love my Core TriCore pillow. The CerviLoft just didn't suit my individual needs.

I liked the Cerfiloft Pillow for back and side sleeping. I removed some of the fiber to avoid too much side and forward head flexion in order to keep my head in better alignment with my spine. The inner cervical foam roll gives good support to the natural cervical curvature while back sleeping but may be a little too firm. I think the pillow will "break-in" with time and provide great support. Bed pillows can be tricky, but the Cerviloft adjustable pillow will be a great option for my patients. It is my new favorite pillow...sleep well !

I was able to adjust the fiber for the right amount of firmness, but had a hard time adapting to the neck roll. I typically fall asleep on my side and the pillow was perfect for this, but I wake up in the middle of the night flat on my back and the neck roll gave me some discomfort. I truly think this pillow will provide support for most people, but it didn't work for me.
