A: Just received mine. They have the white residue too. I do not think they can be cleaned up. I'm returning the 4 chairs I ordered. I'm so disappointed by the quality.
A: Hi Asiolek - The cleaning instructions state to spot or wipe clean only. If it requires more than that and you purchased it in the last 365 days, I would recommend bringing it to your local Target store for an exchange or return with your receipt. I hope this information helps. - Jenna
