I like using the mask but I think company needs to make sure its consistency is always the same. My last order is very runny & thin. Another time it was thick and dried out quickly.

Got this mask a few years ago and loved it -- it dries up oil really well and hardens on your face as it dries, which for some reason seems hard to find in clay masks these days. However I have tried to reorder it twice and both times it arrived completely dried out and unusable.

Mine arrived dried out. I tried to revive it with some water so I could use it, but it’s clumpy and I wasn’t able to make it a mask texture. I wondered if it dried out during winter shipment, but since it’s online only that’s the only way to buy it. I was excited by the clean ingredients and good reviews, though I won’t be repurchasing due to quality issues.

I love this mask! You don't need a ton and it makes my face feel soft and clean after I rinse it off. I have sensitive skin and this brand is the only one I have not had any issues with and I feel like my face is actually getting benefits that I can feel.

I was reluctant because charcoal clay masks can be super intense but I was so happy that it didn't irritate my skin! It was smooth putting it on and felt great after I washed it off. I used it at night and then used a heavy night cream to moisturize. Skin was super soft in the am :)

I've used the charcoal mask a few times (try to aim for 1x week) to help with acne/blemish prone skin. It isn't too drying on my skin and my pores feel refreshed after each use. I would recommend giving it a try!
