My Grand babies absolutely loved this ride on.. However after only 5 uses the battery won’t hold a charge. When fully charged the tractor will barely roll. Trying to locate the insurance I took out when I purchased it. My Grand babies cry when they see it. I need to get this fixed!

Low powered - can barely run through short grass, and if there’s any sort of incline forget it, the thing doesn’t have enough power to make it. Also, the battery is not removable, and the charging cord is short, so you have to make sure you have enough room right next to an outlet to fit the entire tractor to be able to charge it.
