A: The product itself is not used. However, sometimes in order to achieve a better taste, different foods have different cooking requirements, and some require additional preheating, which needs to be selected based on the cooking requirements of the food

I absolutely love everything about this air fryer. It cooks evenly. It is easy to use. It quickly became one of our most-used kitchen appliances. The basket is a great size and holds plenty for a small family. Everything from fries to salmon turns out great. However, we have now had to replace this exact model twice in less than a year. While the performance is great when it works, the durability is not. We genuinely enjoy using it. But it does not seem built to last. Be prepared for a short lifespan if you choose this model.

The toast timer and all toast/airfry/baking capabilities no longer work and I haven't had this product for a full year. Bought May 2024, broke in March 2025. This is a great product for the first 6 months, but if it breaks like mine, definitely not worth the money.

I’ve had this air fryer for less than 5 months and today it completely died on me. I had my last air fryer for 3 years and never had issues. Definitely do not recommend. Not to mention the inside light died after only 2 weeks. Save your money.

Do not buy this product!!!! Mine broke after being used for 6 months and Target would not help with replacing this item. Even though Costway has a 365 day warranty, they would not honor it since it was bought through Target. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order through Target.

The fact that you get an air fryer and an oven together basically allow you to cook anything. Plenty of settings to cook just about anything that you want. The recipes it comes with aren't very extensive but plenty of recipes are available online. In the air fryer setting it does make some noise but it isn't in any way disruptive. Fairly easy to clean as well. I would recommend this purchase to others.

This wonderful, well-packed device arrived quickly. We haven't had the product very long and have not used all functions of the Air Fryer Toaster Oven 26.4QT, 12-in-1 Convection Ovens Countertop Combo yet, but we do like those functions we have tried.

I’ve been using this oven for chicken legs and wings. It comes out nice and crispy every time. When you air fry it, the chicken fries in its own fat. I don’t have to add oil at all. Be sure to leave the skin on though. It’s super crispy. I use bake to warm the inside a bit before frying if they’re coming straight from the fridge. Just 300 degree for about 5 minutes depending on how much meat you have. Then switch to air fry for crispy skins. I would recommend putting a foil on the tray. It’ll make clean up much easier. The pan catches all the oil and sauce dripped from the chicken. With foil, I just have to rinse it a little and it’s all cleaned.

I really like it and am having fun learning. The unit is much larger than I imagined it when I bought it online but is worth it for cooking larger quantities of food. I haven’t needed to turn on the oven at all lately. So far, bacon is the most successful item I cooked using the air fryer function.
