Came without all of it's parts and wouldn't run. I bought this early for a Birthday present so I figured it was too late to take it back. Contatacted the company to trouble shoot but all they would say is contact Target. I did but I never heard back from them. I'll never buy a motorized toy early again because you never know. I'll make a complaint with the Better Business Burea and chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Do NOT purchase this item. I purchased it less than 1 year ago with extra insurance protection. The motorcycle no longer charges. I contacted 3 different companies (Costway, Allstate, & Target) to get it repaired or replaced and I’ve gotten the run around. All companies have told me to contact the next company. After spending 2 hours trying to get it resolved and contacting companies twice I have given up. This has been frustrating to say the least.

I have no idea how this has so many positive reviews!! All I can think is that they are paid and fake because this is JUNK. This was supposed to be my kiddo’s Santa gift. It was ridiculous to assemble — the pieces don’t fit right or stay in place and the instructions are a joke. On Christmas morning, after charging all night, it would not work. It plays the lights and sounds when plugged in but doesn’t work at all when you unplug it. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I’m so sad for my 3 year old because he doesn’t get a Santa gift now! I’d never recommend this toy or this company and it think it’s disgusting that Target sells this junk!
