Not the easiest to put together since some of the holes didn't line up. Product states its rattan, it is not rattan it is plastic to look like rattan. Only benefit to it being plastic is I have it on an outside covered porch and it can be rinsed off

Once you figured out that the black plastic covers are supposed to be removed it was easy to put together. NO WHERE in the directions does is say to remove these. It's cute but one of the back pillows was smashed in the packing in a folded position and it looks like a ball instead of a pillow.

Some said you had to drill. I'm wondering if they didn't realize the pieces actually had caps on to protect other pieces during shipping. Pop off caps and there's the whole that matched up perfectly to other pieces. For the price it's decent. A bit smaller than I expected and one of my pillows is disfigured, but will do.

The number 1 thing I love about this set is that the back of the chairs is the highest I could find anywhere! Most sets have low backs which I find annoying. This is the perfect set for my front porch and I am buying another set for my deck! The only thing I would like is if the cushion were a little thicker. But I weigh the high back over the cushion! (which is perfectly comfortable)! You cannot beat the price and quality! I love this set!
