This dresser is such a disappointment. It's really nice looking, for the most part, but the quality is crap. It arrived with cosmetic damage on some of the parts, which wasn't great but the marks that were most obvious didn't show much where we'd placed it in our room, and we needed a dresser badly, so decided to just keep it, regardless. And now two of the drawers won't close and it's impossible to fix since the thin particle board it's made of is too brittle to remove/replace screws, etc.. It's so frustrating, but it wasn't cheap! Not happy and regret this purchase very much.

I do like the look of this piece but am a little disappointed in its quality. It was inexpensive, so I can certainly live with it!! However, there were scuff marks/defects on several of the pieces and one piece was completely broken. I made it work and am overall satisfied with my purchase. It was delivered by FedEx at 10pm (one day early). I appreciate the hard work and service of the driver. It’s real cute 😊

Dresser looks great, BUT there were a few dings and scuffs on the wood. Support would not offer me anything unless I returned the entire dresser to a store once built.
