Q: Your diagram shows the depth of each shelf as 11.5 inches yet the total depth is 14 inches. That would mean the vertical metal struts are 2.25 inches each. That can’t be right? What is the usable depth of the wooden shelves???

Very misleading and deceptive practices from the manufacture. Online it says they are selling you a five shelf bookshelf but they in fact send you a four shelf bookshelf according to packaging instructions. So what you order and what you get are two different thing and trust me I ordered it three times I thought it was wrong every time because thst wasn’t what I ordered. There are some kind of deceptive practices going on here for sure!!!!!!!!
