This item is not as pictured. The “wood” shelves are a completely different color and much lighter than pictured. Can’t return it because of how big the box is.

I purchased 5 of these to build a bookshelf wall in my home office. They look great, fantastic design, and seem very durable. i would caution though that the shelves are espresso colored not black as i was expecting base off of the photo

Overall very satisfied! Assembly was not hard; used a power drill to screw in the screws to the shelving units, which took no time at all. I bought the piece on sale, not sure if I would have spent the original price for the quality it is.
