A huge hit in our new home. Loved by everyone visiting so far. It is a high quality piece, great price for the quality. The fireplace is wonderful, love that you can have just the flames on without the heat or have the heat on if it’s cooler. Great size, great color. Absolutely love this product. Does not feel cheap in the slightest, fireplace fits perfectly in the place. One thing- it came in 2 shipments and they did not give me the second tracking number so I did not know if the second package was lost. Had to call customer service to get an update.

Lovely piece of furniture- very sturdy & was easy to assemble- took my time & did it myself sitting in a chair! (I'm a disabled senior) The fireplace insert is perfect- very realistic looking flames & good heating element- have to get used to the loud beeps when turning on & off & adjusting flame/heat settings tho, both remote & manually
