In my opinion, it weighs much more than 22 lbs. I would say closer to 35/40 lbs. this mirror is very heavy, which I would normally say is a good thing, but it’s extremely difficult to hang up. The hangers on the back leave no room for error and the hardware (wall anchor in particular) seems flimsy for how heavy it is. The edges are also very sharp, I cut myself on it! The back of the mirror has some particle board type paneling, honestly it does not seem very sturdy considering how heavy it is. And the edge of the frame is already separating on mine. I will say it’s a beautiful mirror (not a wonky fun house mirror!). I ordered in black it looks great. I’m just not sold on if this is even safe to hang on the wall! I would return it but it will be such a hassle getting it to the store! Keep in mind before ordering.

Packaged AMAZINGLY!! But I didn’t end up opening it up all the way up because it wasn’t the color of gold I originally thought. It was more orange than light brushed gold. I do think the black version would be beautiful in the right space. And as for weight— it was decent.
