The set up process was super easy and fast too. My office is about 400 Sq feet and the effectiveness of the unit is amazing ,it cools down the space pretty fast . Overall, it's a great investment and definitely recommend it.

It stopped cooling the air after only a few months of purchasing it and neither Target nor Costway would give us a replacement. I do not recommend it

It turns on and is instantly cold immediately. I can turn and or hook it up just like a normal ac except it is a cheaper alternative and much more convenient with handling it.

Simple installation, fast refrigeration, wind speed choice mode. I use it in the living room. Both the dining room and the living room are sufficiently cooled and the sound of the machine is within my acceptable range. There are wheels under the machine for easy movement.

1) the measurements for the window installation kit are not displayed on this website product description. I found out after I got it that my window was too big. 2) the portable AC displays an error message that the water tank is full when it has never been used before 3) when I contacted the manufacturer, I took almost 2 days to respond. They responded asking me to wait 2 more days for a video. They sent me another video of a disassembled AC and how to supposedly fix the error message. This product has given me trouble from the start and is not worth the price. There are better ones for the same price or cheaper out there.
