It has a high and low setting for the heat. We have it a few feet from the couch and had to turn it from high to low because we were too warm. So it does a very nice job heating up our living room!

We installed this unit right into the fireplace to replace a real fire. It was simple to install and it is truly beautiful. Now we have a fireplace we can use at any time without the smoke, soot or the mess! The unit is a very high-quality and was very easy to install.

Loved the shipping and packaging. Arrived exactly as predicted in the order. Item exactly as described and very well packaged. Mounted directly on the wall as I rent and cannot place in the wall. Item comes with mounting bracket to attach to the wall. Fairly easy and quick to do once you find the studs. Only suggestion is that lifting it to get it on the bracket is a 3 person job. It was for me because the bracket was a bit bowed so two people had to hold it in place while the 3rd screwed in the sides securing it to the bracket. Once this was complete it was sturdy and looks amazing.
