Target needs to stop using third party suppliers. Ordering this ended up being a nightmare. First they didn’t send half of the cushions. Then they sent mismatched colors and I waited for two weeks for them to send a replacement. Then when I went to put it together, there were other pieces missing too. It was also very bad quality. I just returned it to the store.
Does Not Hold up over a year. Poor customer service. Hard pass!

Don’t buy. Thought it was nice in the beginning, just over a year later (purchased May 2023) the material on the ottoman, under the glass, is breaking down almost looks like it’s sagging? Reached out to Costway through Target and said they couldn’t do anything about it. So is this going to happen to the seats too and someone will fall through?!? This is outdoor furniture that’s expected to hold up over a year!! Super disappointed. Especially with the customer service pushing me off so easily.

The cushions aren’t as plush as stated and they don’t hold up well at all. Very cheap quality. I had this set for one season and the color is already drastically faded. I understand wear and tear will happen, but in one season my red cushions are now light pink and I cover them! I tried contacting the company and no response. Hard to find replacement cushions. Don’t waste your money!

The color I received was not the same it’s a yellowish tan color. The cushions move and slide. There is nothing attaching it to the couch. The cushions are much thinner than they appear in ad. Not good quality

This took about 2.5 hours to put together with two adults. We used the Allen wrench that came with the instructions. If we were more experienced at putting together furniture, we would have used a drill to help speed things up. One person could put this together, but having two of us helped. I would actually rate this 3.5 stars because one of the rectangular panels was not a perfect rectangle and we really had to use some muscle to get everything to fit on that part of the chair. Frustrating, but we made it work and feel safe sitting on the chair.

LOVE!!! Looks amazing, feels great! Sturdy. Great especially for the price. Have dogs, no issues. Went light for Texas heat!!! Didn’t use glass because of dogs and pool. Instructions were fine. Size is great… not sure what some other reviewers have about size …but I’m 5’6, husband is 6’1, son is 6’2….no issues.

After putting all the furniture pieces together we got to the ottoman and it was missing a piece. Instead of recieving 2 O pieces and 2 Q pieces, we received 3 O and 1 Q which makes it impossible to put together the ottoman as they are different sizes. Costway refuses to help by simply sending the missing piece they left out of the box and Target wants us to take everything apart, pack it up and return it which isn’t reasonable. We simply want the one missing Q piece sent so we can have all the furniture we paid for.

So cheaply made! We bought 2 sets on sale hoping for nice quality patio furniture based on the many 5 star reviews, but it is terrible. Not worth a quarter of the price. It is not wicker — it is thin plastic woven together with cheap plastic components made to look like metal. We built the ottoman and were so disappointed with the quality that we immediately disassembled it and submitted for a return. Save yourself time and effort. Do not buy.

You get what you pay for. Walk away this is a very cheap set! Nothing lines up even after fully assembled. Each “chair” section is just wobbly and off. The feet are very cheap looking, like aluminum foil covered plastic. Cushions!!! Oh goodness hardly filled, underwhelming junk. There is much better quality out there, we have buyer’s remorse BIG TIME. And once you put it all together and see it for what it’s worth, it’s all assembled and how you going to return that. This has been a big mistake.

This stunning set looks amazing on our deck. We purchased 2 sets as we entertain quite a bit. My husband took on the assembly and completed both sets in just a few hours. The price of this set was so low, I knew if we made a mistake in purchasing we wouldn't be out that much. We believe this could easily sell for double and be worth it. The sets arrived quickly via FedEx, and were complete. We highly recommend these!
