I'm extremely disappointed with my recent Christmas tree purchase. While the tree itself looks beautiful, the lights are overwhelmingly twinkly. I was expecting a warm and cozy glow, but instead, the lights flash and twinkle to the point of being distracting. But the real issue is with the base of the tree. I was careful when setting it up, but the base broke almost immediately after I placed the tree in it. Now, I'm forced to purchase a new base to support the tree, which is frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, I would not recommend this Christmas tree to others. While it may look pretty, the twinkling lights and flimsy base make it a disappointing purchase.

Not what I expected for $200.. The parts of the tree were not labeled.. it says flocked, when I had to spawn out the branches, the plug in system is dumb, it plus in to each segment.

I ordered this when there were no reviews yet; and as it was shipping, I saw some negative reviews pop up so I go worried. But it’s GREAT and absolutely worth $150- only rating 4 stars because it’s not a WOW 5 star tree. I wasn’t at all expecting it to be at this price point but it is better than I was expecting after the other reviews I saw. You do need to go section by section and fluff up each branch individually- but I’ve had to do that with all of my artificial trees. Doing that, the tree is not at all bare or spotty. It is a bit weird that there are several light modes and they just cycle continuously on their own (unless there is a way to control it and I just did t figure that out yet) but my kids love the change of modes and it makes for a good light show from the window.

Its actually a really beautiful tree but their customer service is the most INFURIATING IN THE WORLD. I reached out directly to Costway because I couldn't figure out how to control the light patterns. It says there are 8 light options which there are, but they just play on a continuous loop and you cannot keep it on one setting. For example if you want it to twinkle, it only stays on that setting for 30 seconds before moving onto the next pattern. The only one its able to stay on is the continuous light. So I asked them if there was a way to keep it on just one light pattern and they refuse to speak to me, they say they are not allowed to per Target's policy. So I reached out to Target and they attempted to communicate with Costway for me, but now Costway will not reply. For the absolute HEADACHE alone, I will never purchase an item from Costway again. Keep in mind that you cannot change the light settings if you buy this!!

For less than $200, It is worth it. Easy to put together. It is pre lit and does need a bit of fluffing. It was delivered in 1-2 days. It has plastic branch tips and tinsel branch tips. The tinsel tips hide the rods on the inside. The plastic tips look natural from afar. The only con is that you can’t control the light pattern. I am very pleased with the purchase.

This tree is pretty cheaply made. I got it for $180 almost half off it’s original price. You have to assemble the base yourself, which isn’t hard but you will have to unscrew it each time to take it down and store away. Only the tips on the tree are the thin fir branch look and they are cheap plastic coated in green not even a realistic Christmas tree green. The inside branches are the tinsel pine. Like another review said, the lights are tangled and not wrapped nicely on the branches. I’m going to return and just splurge the $250 for a much nicer tree.

don't waste your money on this tree. I can't believe it's over $200 not on sale. I'm returning for a refund and shopping for a tree in person. does NOT look like the photo at all even fluffed up. VERY cheap plasticy branches and the lights are on a wire that isn't even put on in a nice way, the wire zigs and zags all through the tree and looks terrible. I have also NEVER seen a plug like this with multiple attachments to even get it plugged in all the way to light up. This tree is terrible.
