A: Please contact customer service and use the top and central line to connect with the bottom part to see if it works? If it lights on, the problem is with the line. If it still does not light on, the problem is with the light string. Here is a video for reference https://youtu.be/dpXa198grFE

I was so excited to get this tree and it turned into a huge disappointment. I tried to just live with it but ultimately ended up taking everything down and returning it. The tree always looks empty no matter what, you can see straight through to the base and metal “branches” inside even after hours of fluffing. It’s also incredibly unsturdy.

This tree looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the ad. It’s got the standard fake tree branches that look super cheap, it’s also thin and scrawny, not at all full like the pictures make it seem. I’m returning it.

I had such high hopes for this tree, based on the description and the pictures. However, it looks nothing like the pictures and when fluffed it looks just OKAY. It also sheds EVERYWHERE, worse than any tree I’ve ever had. The multiple light function is nice. I wouldn’t buy this again.

For the price the tree is very beautiful. It is full but a little wonky at the bottom. Other reviews are right the base is very unsteady and the tree wobbles. But I love the color options for lights and am happy.

I replaced my 15 year old artificial tree and while I usually do more research I didn't have time. From what I read it sounded good and although I think Target should tell you it's ships from the other side of the country I still had time before my family party. I was just not so impressed by the terrible instructions, the fullness, and the tree stand and stability. It is tight but moves freely, you will feel better once you decorate it to hide the lack of fullness. I read several things about the lights not working but they truly are impressive.

Lights don't all work right. A portion of the lights flicker when they aren't supposed to. I know its going to break but at this point its the only way my kids will have a Xmas tree.
