Paid for the item as well as the assembly all thru target.com. Item does not work. It will not stay lit after the initial ignition. Target will not assist in returning the item once it is assembled.

Unit does not work and costway customer service stinks. just purchased this and put it together and it won’t ignite. You can’t call anyone. Target customer service is fantastic but this is a third party vendor. After calling we are told we have to email and all troubleshooting is by email. That was three days ago. Now I have to take apart and take it back. I love the unit but one it won’t work, two no one to help fix it, and three, if something goes wrong again I don’t want to deal with them

Very sturdy heater and the flames in the glass tube are a really nice touch. We have used this heater a few times and are happy with it. I bought it because I wanted something fancy that would look nice and keep us warm and I was not disappointed. Materials are good quality and assembly was not too difficult.
