Sound is horrible when you use the pedal. I never played a keyboard before, but I owned a digital piano at home. I like the idea that it's good for travel and charge to use, but I really can't stand for this piano sound. It is unbearable. Delivery driver was rude to throw my package to my door. Unhappy experience.

Note: I have NOT yet used the sustain pedal or the audio recording options, or any social media options, or used the piano with others. I just use this by myself with sheet music. Good for practicing piano where you manually play the pieces and look at sheet music while doing so. Not the best piano if you're looking for a "DJ/party/play-by-ear" type that automatically plays a large library of tunes you can set somewhere and possibly even forget it because it can play itself. Be aware, the keys do NOT automatically light up in color on this model as you're playing, and I think that's better for learning/performances anyway. Be aware, there's no big screen and does NOT show fingerings or staves or notes. I don't think any of those features are necessary for manual sheet music playing, and I think it's better on battery use as well--as less is sometimes more, but depends on what you're looking for/why. I'm an adult learner and have some previous classical musical experience, and would suggest it for that audience more, rather than for kids who want all the bells and whistles to impress others with. This product does have a built-in metronome which is handy. If you get this product, I suggest getting a much longer power extension cord for plugging this in at, and I also suggest getting a larger duffel bag for this product, too, so you have more room to store sheet music AND keep it better protected in the event it gets bumped into as it travels. Its standard bag doesn't look as sturdy as it may show. It also does NOT come with a foldable stand for this to sit on. I think the NOTs again are all advantageous for shipping/cost/storage, but depends on what you're looking for/why. It fit my needs of minimal storage and power consumption and great for learning piano with. I'm very happy overall.
