Cons: Setup was trickier than it should have been due to poor directions and labeling of items. Hard to see the timer and heat setting due to length of tubes. Chair only holds 198lbs and has no arm rests to provide comfort while sitting Pros: Super Hot and works better than expected (had to turn down the heat 15 mins into 30 min session) Price point is amazing for how good this works Small footprint and easy to relocate in your home Easy to use Neck area is comfortable Arm slots don’t let out a lot of heat and allow you to be on your phone All the Cons can be upgraded with outside supplies
