A must have if you work from home and are sitting for long hours behind a desk all day. I work 10 hour shifts and this anti-fatigue mat is a wonderful addition to my stand-up desk. It allows me to stand longer due to the unique areas on the mat to provide my feet much needed relief from pain and discomfort from sitting too much. It massages and provides support to my very weary legs and feet. I am very happy with this purchase.

I debated between a rectangular, flat one and this one, and am very happy with my choice. I work from home at a desk and aim to stand for 30-60 minutes in the morning, and again in the afternoon. I use this mat wearing just socks. The ability to stand with each foot in a different position makes that goal easy and comfortable. It feels very nice to scratch and massage the sole of one foot with the small bumps at the front while standing on the other one.

Super comfy on the feet. I knew right away it was good quality as soon as I stepped on it. I could barely go an hour standing on my hardwood floors with or without shoes but with this I can go hours and not feel a thing! Love it!
