A free-standing installation will allow you to install the ice maker in any place you desire, provided you have access to a water supply and a drain. This ice maker makes plenty of ice for us for our pool drinks during the summer months. I believe I will save money not buying ice all summer long. It was easy to setup and it makes ice fast and plenty of it. Great for home use.

Like any ice maker, it is loud when ice drops but is within expected ranges. I installed a filter with a shut off valve so when not using I can turn off water and clean it out.

Made bag after bag for a month before a outdoor wedding. So we really worked it. Now use to fill work water jugs and ice chests. This little guy is awesome. The more you take, the more it makes.

Ice maker works great, can empty ice and is full again the next day. Put in a RO system on water supply, cubes are clear and clean. Love this unit so far.

Just installed this ice maker. Installation was easy. Makes ice quickly. Ice keeps fairly long in the bin after the ice making is turned off, but unless using soon, it's good to bag the ice and put in the freezer.
