I’ve had this chair for months now and so sorry that I didn’t return it when I first started having issues. It squeaks so much and has consistently gotten worse over time. In the beginning I assumed it would eventually “settle” and stop the squeaking. I’ve had my husband take it apart and make sure everything was correctly installed and it’s still pretty bad. My 80 lb son sits on it and same issues. It’s so bad now that I can’t sit down while on work calls and Target will not accept a return on a detective item!

I bought this chair based on reviews, but I guess comfort is subjective. It well packed, however, one of the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve sat on. It’s extremely firm. Customer support charges $30 for refund, and 30 days processing time. Avoid.

Very nice chair for the price, comfortable and easy to assemble. Height of back and seat size were perfect for my size; I’m 5’4”. Only issue for some may be the color. This chair is not white; it is a light beige or dark cream. Wasn’t an issue for me but those hoping to match white decor may be disappointed.
