Ordered and never arrived. It was very difficult to connect with anyone to get the refund because it's a third party vendor. I should have read more reviews before I ordered.

Seems nice quality, but super big, very very tall for 2 year old. Can’t adjust, my almost 4 year old has fun on it due to size. Also DOES NOT FOLD AWAY! This is a huge toy, doesn’t fit through doors, definitely not something we planned to have out all the time.

Less than 1 year having this product. Purchased November 20, 2022 but assembled 12/25/2023 It’s now October 2024, and this has completely fallen apart. It has been kept inside with only a 2 year old toddler using it who is under 25lbs. It’s not used all the time either! 4 broken and splitting wood rungs and the area where the triangle is connecting has cut into a larger enough hole that the screw fell out completely. Lastly, the entire climber Pops off the connecting piece that keeps it from falling flat. Thus, causing a few injuries to my 2 year old that happened so fast that I couldn’t stop it. 90 day warranty offered only. And it’s posted on other platforms that this brand of climber has caused NUMEROUS injuries to kids! I wish I would have known. I feel like a bad mom and so upset that target backs a product that costs a good amount of money but falls apart in less than a year after minimal use.

Literally half of the screws stripped as we put it together. One of the most difficult things to put together for that reason. It’s also incredibly tall compared to other ones

The screws for the rails to climb are too big and strip. We corrected that by using a drill bit make the holes a bit larger. We didn’t try that until we got about 3 into it so we stripped a few screws because we had to use the drill. Once we had that figured out it was easy to put together. Our toddler absolutely loves it! I would have rather have had the screws actually fit and all but overall I would buy it again.

Trying to put this together was a disaster. Most of the pieces weren’t labeled, basically it’s trail and error putting it together. Had to keep taking it apart and redoing it.

I am leaving the review that I was looking for when taking a chance and buying this product. The material of the wood itself is sturdy and pretty good quality. The screws that is came with stripped immediately. We have to buy all new screws. On top of the the premise holes were all different sizes so the same screws that worked for half of the dowels were to skinny for the other dowels. Which made the stepping part spin. We had to go back to the hard ware store and buy fatter screws and hope we didn’t split the wood. We used a drill, carefully. To help secure all the dowels. Once we got past all the struggles with the 4 different kinds of screws we had to purchase, we love the end result! We bought it for my son for his 2nd birthday and he will climb in the thing for 45 minutes straight just over and over again! You can also throw a blanket over it and it makes a great fort! Would not purchase from this brand again, but satisfied with the end result. You get what you pay for! Hope this helps!

Seemed really cheap coming out of the box. Two of the main bars didn’t line up with the holes so we couldn’t even put it together. Total disappointment. Don’t waste your time or money.

The screws were cheap and made it very difficult to put everything together. Also the holes were not well drilled and I had to redrill to make the hardware fit. Took a lot longer to assemble. Every step needed to be put together

My 3.5 year old loves this! He feels like he’s up so tall but I don’t have to freak out about it. Plus you throw a blanket over it and it’s a tent/fort! He’s finding so many new ways to play with this. A great buy!
