Chair was very easy to put together. Got on a great sale. The arm rests can be moved around a good amount. The arm rests not being padded might prove to be somewhat uncomfortable if using for a super long period of time but the material feels quite nice regardless. The lowest option for seat height is pretty high, so if you're especially short you might have some trouble without a foot rest of some kind. The material feels very sturdy and tough, which is great. Most of the softer fabric chairs fall apart very quickly. The head cusion feels great. It has a zipper to take the padding out so that you can wash the headrest fabric if you want. The chair looks exactly like the photographs from the manufacturer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's not some sort of lifechanging perfect chair with all the bells and whistles. The high price is hopefully for the product's expected longevity.
