The chair was damaged upon arrival screws missing and some screws wouldn't even unscrew! Was unable to return because I couldn't remove the seat off the hydraulic pump to fit in the box, now I'm stuck with a chair I do not use nor want. What a scam and a waste of 200 bucks.

So, I use this chair to style hair. Overall it has been good to me. The directions were easy to follow, and I no complaints from my client. I recommend this chair to other stylist. It is comfortable, doesn't hurt your back due to sitting too long. So overall a good purchase.

I was attracted by the shape, the very stylish lounge chair. The bottom design is very high-end, can be raised and lowered freely, do not bend over at all when working, this is the perfect salon chair. It's sturdy, easy to handle, and I really like it.
