Some of pilot holes were in the wrong places, so I called and asked for a replacement and they said since it’s through costway they can’t authorize a replacement. I didn’t want to go return it since I needed the desk asap so I decided to just drill my own holes. I had to drill probably around 10 of my own holes so if those werent aligned correctly, the whole desk would be off. AND one of the boards just completely did not have the hole it was supposed to have so that was annoying. In the end there was only a small gap in the back corner so it didn’t completely fail. Not to mention, the board that divides the big drawer and the empty storage space was shorter compared to the one in the instructions, so the middle has a big gap that leads behind the drawer—which I thought the drawer wouldve at least reached all the way back, and it didnt but whatever. Thank the gods that the metal stands were fine and didnt need any hole drilling. The instructions were fairly easy to understand but there were some times where I wished there were words to explain what was going on, or a better picture representation of certain items(at the end are adhesive strips to make the drawers slide in/out smoother, and there were two different types but they looked almost the exact same in the instructions so that was tedious). Yes, this desk was challenging to build with all its cheap flaws, so if you have the patience and ability to build something like this—then get it! I only really stuck to it bc I liked the design of the desk, the price wasn’t wallet shattering, and it was already shipped to me after waiting a week. Tips: use a power drill to solidify the screws, know what youre doing and why youre doing it by looking through the instructions (itll make more sense), be careful when handing the boards bc it can scratch the wood design off, and make sure all the holes are in the right places! One of the pictures shows the gap in the divider.

This is a piece of junk. Parts of it were already broken in the box and pilot holes were drilled in the wrong spots so nothing lined up properly. Stay away
