Costwway does not give any customer service for Target orders. Even tho, an informational pamphlet inside the box says to call costway. When I called the customer service rep refused to help me because I purchased it from target. I had a very simple question, but their answer was to contact target. Target has no clue what to do with my very simple issue. Returning it because I don’t do business with companies with zero customer service. Fed Ex dropped this off in front of my car instead of my upstairs door. Risking it getting stolen.

I can’t really tell how well it works because it hasn’t really been that hot in my state yet. The whole country seems to be having a heat wave except for us. But what I can say is that this thing is extremely loud. I’m actually shocked by all the reviews that say how quiet it is. I really wish target would let me post a video, so that you don’t think I’m just sensitive. I can still hear this thing roaring from the next room. It’s literally 4x as loud as my tower fan even when it’s on the low setting. I’m probably going to return it, which sucks because it’s about 50 pounds and I had to take it up a flight of stairs, but I can’t imagine actually getting any sleep with it in my bedroom.

We had to empty the water out every hour. It is a hassle. I called the manufacturer and they were not helpful. I had to beg them to give me some information I could use to fix the issue. And they only told me how to empty it, which I already knew how.

It was a tidge heavy, but it works well. I have 1000sqft house. The upstairs is ~500sqft. It easily cools the entire upstairs (two bed rooms and a bathroom). I had it set to 70°. I live in Colorado where it’s dry and temps don’t reach over 95°

The machine is around 45lb but it is easy to set up. I've been using it for a week, it cools my big room quickly and quiets compared to the traditional window air conditioner. Another great thing is that the back filter is also removable for cleaning.

I have central AC in my house, but one bedroom doesn’t work well. This unit works great, easy to install, and keep the room so cool. We had heat weave last week and it works perfectly to keep the room cool when outdoor is over 95! It’s very quiet, even not realizing it’s there.

I would highly recommend this product! It does exactly what it says - it gets cold!! We are currently using this to supplement the AC in our RV. We have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly it cooled down the interior. We’ve had to turn it down because it was freezing us out! Love that it’s comes with a remote control too! I would recommend this product!!

I bought this one and it’s cheap enough that I can buy a separate one for the other side of my place. One can keep my upstairs cooled off, except downstairs.

This portable air conditioner really kicks out cold air fast and efficiently. It is extremely high powered and the 10,000 BTU power is strong enough to cool down a very large space. It has a very easy to read and use LCD display panel. I love that it can also be used as a fan and humidifier.

This ac unit easily cools my apartment like no other. My old one could never cool off my entire apartment. This unit cools my apartment with little effort. I am still trying to figure out best settings to not overpower me in cooling. I love this thing.
