I would be careful with these stools if you have children. This chair flipped back when my daughter was going to sit down, her toe got caught in the metal swivel part under the chair and it chopped her middle toe 3/4 of the way off. It broke her bone also. She had to receive stitches and there was major concern of her toe functioning properly. She was in a cast for several weeks. It was extremely traumatic for her to experience. The metal under these chairs where it swivels is extremely sharp and needs to be looked at so it doesn’t happen again to someone else.

The chairs are a great dupe to a well know brand. They are sturdy and the fabric is nice. They aren’t performance so they will absorb liquid (rather than run off). You could scotch guard them. They are comfortable to sit in as well and don’t push you forward like some of the cheaper stools do. They do tip more easily than I would like but seem more sturdy when I’m sitting in them. they were so easy to assemble that my six-year-old helped me.

I was hesitant to buy this because it’s an online purchase and I couldn’t see it in person. Surprisingly, it looks nicer than I imagined and it’s pretty true to color. Extremely easy to put together; once you get the first one done, you’ll get the rest done easy. It’s also very comfortable to sit on.

I like these chairs, but was disappointed that one of the boxes arrived damaged, which caused damage to two of the stool legs. I contacted Costway, but since they are a third party vendor, they told me I needed to contact Target. Target rep said the stools are out of stock, so they said the only thing I could do was return all four for a credit.

These stools are beautiful and so comfortable! Everyone is so impressed they came from Target. Plus, putting them together is a breeze. For all four it took less than an hour to put together.
