Sturdy and looks good. Cant give this a 5 star because the pieces are coated a with plastic like covering and the 2 F legs are not smooth. The coating was wrinkled all the way down on 2 sides. Instructions were good and all of the pieces were included. If I had purchased it at a local store I would have returned it for a different one.

Kind of a pain to assemble (make sure the drawer slides in step 6 aren’t installed backwards. Oops.) but overall it’s a very solid piece of furniture. Very heavy duty and sturdy. Looks great to boot.

The instructions to assemble the lateral file cabinet were superb, the best I've ever dealt with. The cabinet went together beautifully, and the drawer slides like butter. Looks great! I'm an over 60 female, and I put this together alone, no problem.

Everything about purchasing this item has been a wonderful experience. Starting with the speedy delivery, the thoughtful and organized way it was packed to the well written, even humorous instructions, made its assembly truly simple and fun. I worked on it by myself with nothing but an electric screwdriver. It's well crafted and more substantial than a photograph can illustrate. Despite putting piece together on carpet, and very carefully, there were many chips in the white by the time we finished. Two 1/4" chunks out of the front so very obvious.

Really like this cabinet. The instructions were pretty clear, was able to put half of it together on my own. It has a lot more room than I thought, should be perfect for all my files, plus additional storage on the bottom shelf, and it looks cute anywhere you put it.

I used this cabinet as an add on to my desk. Both are the same height. Allows me more working and storage space.
