Q: Does the control light up so you can see the heat number it is set on?

A: Hi, this is 5 setting temperature control. When it's set on, the small light besides the setting number will be on to indicate which setting is selected. There is closeup photo for the controller on the listing. It can help you know better.

Q: Description says fits 17' mattress then 19' inch. Which is it?

Q: Does the ENTIRE CA King mattress pad heat up if both controllers are on? (I'm returning one because the middle section and side edges do not heat up at all!) Thank you!

A: Hi Girjia, There are two controllers for Queen and King size. Thus there is a gap in the middle and no wires there. And it is an industry standard that no wires on edges.
