I've been using this brand for years and I love it. The pill size is teeny weeny (love that) and most of all, they're effective. I have my D levels checked every six months and these keep me right where I need to be.

Vitamin D is so important and helps keep me in perfect health. My entire family takes this daily. Living up north where the winter can be harder to get our daily does of D, these little gel caps are small and packed with a high dosage, unlike some other vitamins, that you have to take 2-3 to get the same dosage. And there are no unhealthy additives in this brand either!

Regular Vitamin D just wasn't getting it for me. I enjoy reading the supplement trial news that is sent every month, & after reading a review of a clinical trial with Vitamin D3, I replaced the regular D with the D3.
