Courant Essentials CATCH:3 Single-Device Wireless Charger with Accessory Tray

I have a new iPhone with no case and I am constantly having to move it around to try and get it to properly charge. Pretty slow too. Disappointed.

You have to move it around several times for it to find the correct charging spot then it stops charging immediately. Not sure if i received a defective product? This was a gift but if I had bought it I would return it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the aesthetics of this however if you happen to want to have a his and hers version to go on the bedside tables if you sleep on the left side of the bed and want the tray side close to you so you're not reaching over to put things on the tray, you are out of luck. But the biggest reason I gave this only one star is because the charging dock was nearly impossible to consistently get your phone in the right spot. It was tedious and aggravating to blindly scooch my phone all over trying to get it to connect. Then it would say it was connected and charging, I would go to bed only to wake up in the middle of the night to the flashing light alerting me that my phone was not connected and charging. Definitely not dependable to wake up and see that my phone had nut fully charged. Bought two of these and although they are definitely pretty, sadly I am returning both.

Their look is gorgeous and luxury.But getting the device to start charging the phone is a struggle. Almost every time I have to keep adjusting my iphone (15 pro) until it starts getting charged. The catch 2 pretty much never worked for me when I placed ghe phone perpendicular to the device so I had to move my phone more towards the center.

Looked beautiful on my nightstand but would not work! Always took so long to get it to connect if it did at all. Too expensive for that! It has been returned.

I received this charger as a gift. It looks beautiful and I love that you can charge your phone and put down your items. However, I received it for Christmas and have yet to get it to continuously charge. I have an iPhone 15. It starts charging and then after a few minutes stops. Cannot get it to continuously charge

This looks really sleek and Courant typically makes long-lasting products, but this one unfortunately stopped charging my devices not long after purchasing

This sucks, don’t waste money. Says iPhones are compatible and it isn’t and they won’t back up their product . Stay away!! It works so much worse than my generic Amazon pad that is 5 years old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] no magsafe, with the case on it simply doesn’t chargei will wake up to dead phone multiple mornings have to place it perfectly square in the middle and press down and not move it. total pain. do not get if you have a magsafe iphone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design and aesthetic of the charger is beautiful. But for the price, the actual charger is a 1/5. My basic Mophie wireless chargers perform much better for 1/3 (or less) the price. The amount of times I wake up in the morning to find my phone almost dead while sitting directly in the center of the charging pad is ridiculous for the price I paid for 3 of these things.

I received this for Christmas last year and was excited, only to find out that there is only a charger on one side of it and the charge is hit-or-miss. I often wake up to the light blinking or an uncharged phone. There are many more affordable and better charging stations out there - I recommend trying one of those.

I bought this as a gift for my grandson (Forest Green). He is a difficult man to shop for since he already has virtually everything. This fantastic purchase was listed in Oprah’s favorites and I do see why.

Beautiful and stylish. Simple to set up and charges phone consistently and quickly.

While the dark green of the Courant is attractive, getting the phone to charge on the flat pad is inconsistent at best. I have put my iphone down a number of ways - different spots on the pad, softly, more firmly, taking the slim case off and I have yet to find a consistent way to get it charge immediately.

Didn’t work and have yet to hear back about a replacement from the company.
