4 coffee mugs ordered 1DEC24 for delivery by 9DEC24. 8DEC24 items had not shipped from Delray FL and were obviously not going to arrive by 11DEC24. Excellent Target Customer Svc rep was able to get refund so I had money to purchase other gifts. 23DEC (2weeks late), to my surprise,, mugs were delivered in a box 2x larger than necessary with 3 sheets of brown paper to "fill" space (see photos). 2 mugs were wrapped in bubble wrap and survived, 2 had plastic bags taped around them and were shattered. I cut my thumb and bled extensively when I reached into the box. I wont be ordering online from Target ever again.
