Thank you for your question.Gluten in cosmetics is a common concern among consumers who suffer from gluten sensitivity. and can cause adverse health problems in those who suffer from celiac disease. There is currently no scientific evidence that gluten used in cosmetic products that are not ingested, such as lipstick and lip gloss, is harmful to individuals with celiac disease, including those with the skin form of celiac disease. In 2012, the US Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics published a study under the heading “Gluten in Cosmetics: Is There a Reason for Concern?" that reportedly found no quantifiable gluten in lip products and lotions, each containing at least one ingredient derived from wheat, barley, rye, or oats. Based on the results, the authors concluded that there is no apparent reason for consumers with celiac disease to worry about cosmetic products applied to the skin, such as body lotion, sunscreen, shaving cream, deodorant, makeup and perfume, especially if hands are washed after use. I really wanted to like this! It is so bad! It has been years since I have bought a Cover Girl product so I was excited to see the clean/fresh/vegan label. This is NOT IT. It is dry and thick and coral when it’s supposed to be pink and smells and just…reminds me of an Avon sample from the 80s. I saw another reviewer here reviewed the same color and it looks like a light shade of petal pink so maybe it’s just my coloring. I started with one coat. It’s a hard no for me.

I’ve been looking for a balm that really works! I tried Bliss you Berry bc it was a dupe to dark honey fr Clinique. Wow! Double wammie! Spot on colour and the balmy texture is soooo hydrating! It’s not slippery like a gloss or too thick like a lipstick. Definite staying power to keep lips hydrated. Will be buying the straight balm when going to bed and not wanting colour. Good job Cover Girl! Don’t change this one

A Reddit article sent me here. I was looking for a tinted lip balm. I bought Life in the Pom, and I use NYX lip liner in expresso. Very cute. Plz note that my pic is NOT PHOTOSHOPPED. Don’t use too much tho or it gets super red. I was looking for a more demure look, as I use lipstick daily and sometimes I wanna use lipgloss but the wind blows my hair into my lips and it’s sticky. This was just perfect. I bough 2 more for backup.

I have the shade You’re the Pom and Bliss You Berry. The formula is creamy and light, and I love the shades. With minimal layering they are actually very pigmented on my lips (pale skin tone), especially the Berry color. I only take one star off because they aren’t as moisturizing as I’d hoped from the description. I’d make sure your lips are already moisturized because any tiny crack and the color will stick. Maybe that’s a given though. Either way, I’ve found I actually love them even more as a blush (and sometimes on eyelids too!). My skin hasn’t broken out from using it on cheeks and eyelids, and it leaves color and a glowy look that I like. It’s very blend able and isn’t sticky once it sinks in/sets. I actually got the You’re the Pom after the Berry one because I wanted to use it as a blush too and it’s such a pretty shade! Picture shows swatch of Pom (L) and Berry (R), about 2-3 swipes each. As a lip color it’s not very long lasting (disappear as fast as a balm) but I expected that, as a blush or eye color, it lasts fairly well.

I just bought this and the color is completely wrong. Berry bliss is supposed to be more of a burgundy, but the color in the tube is hot pink. I think this was a manufacturing error because older photos in the reviews match the color I expected. If you’re purchasing in November of 2024, be warned, it’s a bad batch of Barbie pink.

My daughter ordered this in 600 Bliss You Berry and it was a bright shade of pink. We were pretty sure it was a mistake so she ordered it again and got the correct color. The packaging, sticker, and even the lot number are all the same and say Bliss You Berry though. Very bizarre.

I tried this product only because the color Bliss You Berry was all over my YouTube as a Black Honey dupe! And it is! I actually think this is more comfortable and lasts LONGER than the Clinique. So comfortable, nice balmy feel on the lip. Easy to apply and so affordable. It also reminds me of the Thrive Causemetics tinted balm, just slightly firmer texture. I'm trying the peach color next! The berry is a little too high contrast on my light spring complexion for an every day look but I think the peach will be a great addition to my daily lip options!

I just bought this product in the bliss you berry shade. I love the way it feels. I don’t even mind the light pink color. It just doesn’t look like any of the other photos of bliss you berry. It looks more like life is pink.

Wow this has a lot of pigment. There isn't a scent (I was hoping there was a berry scent 😞). It has decent hydration but it leaves a bit of a tacky feeling? It's not a deal breaker though.
