I have been using Cover Girl Clean face powder for over 10 years. Why did you go and change it to this terrible clean invisible powder? This powder is horrible. I hate the way it goes on. I feel like I have to constantly shake the container to get anything out. It doesn’t even look like I have powder on. So very disappointed in cover girl. I guess it’s time to make a change.

This powder is absolutely awful! It's clumpy, doesn't smooth the foundation, cakes into every since crease and age line and smudges easily. The powder this one replaced was miles above it. Why was it discontinued? I have not been able to find a suitable replacement since.

Super disappointed in this product. Bring back the old one please. I've purchased this powder twice now and it clumps in the container, doesn't spread, doesn't help to set anything, had to throw it out and I'm hunting for a suitable replacement. Have used CG pressed powder faithfully for decades and it's so frustrating that it's discontinued. I have nothing positive to report about the clean invisible so-called powder.

Nanomaterials means natural, incidental, or manufactured material consisting of solid particles that are present, either on their own or as identifiable constituent particles in aggregates or agglomerates, and where 50% or more of these particles in the number-based size distribution fulfill at least one of the following conditions: One or more external dimensions of the particle are in the size range of 1 to 100 nm, the particle has an elongated shape, such as a rod, fiber or tube, where two external dimensions are smaller than 1 nm and the other dimension is larger than 100 nm the particle has a plate-like shape, where one external dimension is smaller than 1 nm and the other dimensions are larger than 100 nm. Our use of nanomaterials is limited to the widely used colorant Carbon Black [nano] and Titanium Dioxide [nano], Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol [nano], and Zinc Oxide [nano] included in the list of UV-filters. These Nanomaterials are regulated by the European Commission and are deemed safe for cosmetic use by the EU’s Scientific Committee for Consumer Safety (SCCS). We are also using Lithium Magnesium Sodium Silicate [nano], which is notified on the EU market. All have well-established and broadly accepted safety profiles. The safety assessment of nanomaterials in cosmetic products includes material characterization, the routes of exposure, the uptake, and absorption, and toxicity testing focused on ingredients and impurities. We believe nanotechnology holds great promise to bring benefits to consumers but we will only use this technology after the safety has been thoroughly established and there are clear benefits for the consumer. We used nanoparticles for their effectiveness in terms of stability and their optimization of textures. Using nanoscale versions of ingredients provides better UV protection, deeper skin penetration, longer-lasting effects, and increased color and finish quality. For example, Carbon black [nano] increases the black intensity in Mascaras or the use of nano sun filters increases the level of sun protection and prevents white marks on the skin. Horrible new face pressed product

I’ve used the original clean pressed powder for over forty years.Like many others who have written a review, I do not like the new replacement clean invisible powder. It’s horrible! Says it is fragrance free but it has a distinct unpleasant smell. It does not feel smooth when applied but rather my skin feels dry and cakey. Oddly by the end of the day it feels sticky/greasy too. Also the colour which is supposed to be the same as #130 is definitely not the same. It makes me look pale and colourless. Needless to say I won’t be using this product. I’m disappointed I have to try and find another face powder at this age, probably from another company. Why did Cover Girl ruin a good thing? The company’s response to other negative reviews is contrite and not believable. I can’t believe it “made good business sense” to change the product. If it’s been around for over forty years it was obviously a well liked product. I also use the clean liquid foundation which has been discontinued too but inhaven’t tried the new replacement yet. Unfortunately I’m skeptical I will like it based on this experience. Hopefully as enough people give negative reviews, Cover Girl will reconsider their “good business sense” and produce a product more similar to or the same as the original.

Awful! I have used clean pressed powder for years. This new invisible garbage is just awful. I usually apply the powder over clean foundation for a nice finish There is no coverage from this invisible powder whatsoever. Plus, the makeup in the pallette gets a film over it after the first swipe of the applicator and is useless from them on. I tried scraping it with my fingernail to free some powder. I put the loosened powder on my face to have it sit there clumped.

Been using Covergirl Clean Pressed Powder for decades. I’m now 62. Always worked great and always loved it. This new formula is just awful. Makes my face look like a mask, so chalky and shiny. Makes me look like I’m sick. Tried my normal colour and it was much too light. Tried a darker shade and while it matched better it still looked horrible. Would give it zero stars. Please bring back old formula. All these negative reviews show no one is happy. Unfortunately most of your replies are just about the same. And I can’t believe formula was changed for business reasons. Well you’re about to lose millions of customers, me included. After decades of using your pressed powder I will now have to look elsewhere.

Been using the covergirl clean in the creamy natural for years, and now it's impossible to find it at the stores and the new product is absolutely horrible. I hope whoever made the decision to change the product will bring back the Clean Covergirl Powder. I have been buying 2 other brands and mixing them up so I can get the look that I want. I typically use Covergirl's Clean Matte pressed powder but the store was out, so I picked this up instead. It's pretty terrible, I have to say. I selected the same shade I get with Clean Matte, but this looks so much whiter on my skin. I saw another comment on here that said it looks like flour on their skin – it absolutely does. It doesn't blend nicely with my skin, instead sits on top of it and really magnifies any dry/flaky skin I may have. Gonna have to throw it out unfortunately.

I've been using Cover Girl makeup for at least 50 years. I'm 73. There have been some changes along the way, but usually they work out okay. I've tried a few other brands, but always come back to Cover Girl. I've used the same creamy beige color and have been happy with it. But, the new compact I just bought of Clean Powder Invisible looks like white powder on my face. I have to rub it in with my fingers to make it look natural instead of looking like I have flour on my face. I don't know if the color 150 has changed or just the new "Invisible" that's not really invisible.
