COVERGIRL Outlast Vegan Lip Stain - 0.06 fl oz

I bought this two weeks ago and not sure if I got a defect but it’s terrible. It was ok the first couple days but certainly didn’t glide on- it was more of a rough chalk. It’s almost like the tip was dried up. It also lasts max a couple hours…. Maybe mine was a dud, so sad. Color was cute.

I don’t have much experience with lip stains. This one is unique because it has a marker-like tip. I don’t use it often because I usually wear a clear gloss or lip butter. If it’s a holiday or I need to dress up a bit, I usually wear this and top it with a gloss or lip oil. This dries down very quick. It doesn’t irritates burn settle into fine lines but when I add gloss over it, you can’t really tell. Since it is a marker tip, it can be challenging to line your lips with it. I tend to put it all over my lips and avoid the issue of it because between the large tip and quick drying time it’s a little tricky to use. At least for me. I find that when I apply it the tip of it tickles. That could just be me. The color lasts a long time. On my fair skin it’s a very nice pinkish nude color. I probably wouldn’t repurchase because I don’t use it often. If I wore lipstick or lip stains on a consistent basis, I would repurchase and probably even try more colors.

This is my new go-to. I use this as a loo liner and then put a lip oil over it. It lasts for a while and looks more natural than a normal lip liner. Love it so much! I got the color canyon.

I bought 3 different colors, sugey, admire and natural blush. They are all almost the same color and so dark. Can you make a lighter color for the pigment challenged?

I love how this cover girl lip stain looks on my lips. It applies very easily and is very pigmented. I have the shade 35 canyon and i love it. It’s the perfect price too. I love that it’s the shade of a pen so I can easily put it in my purse.

I really like how buildable it is and I only have to reapply to my inner lip once a day. The packaging sucks. There’s nothing stopping people from opening a tube in-store, using it, and putting it back. Everywhere I’ve gone to buy this product there has been a number of previously opened tubes. CG really needs to seal this product better. One other small thing, as a very pale person I wish there was a wider range of lighter colours.

I have loved these and the form factor for many years, and I want them to stay! That takes sharing tips on how to love these! You need to exfoliate your lips before applying other wise the dead cells will end up darker because they are more dry and absorb more stain, or they will leave lighter patches when they fall off throughout the day. I use a soft toothbrush and simple vaseline balm while putting on my other makeup and then wipe my lips clean with tissue and apply this lipstain. Doing it this was gets you an even application, longer wear, and healthier lips! Give it a shot and I hope you love these!

It last a long time without coming off on other things

I love the color and coverage. The ease of use of the product. It is as described & I definitely recommend.

I bought this the other day, it's not worth it in my opinion. I don't like super bright lipsticks, the Jazz berry and the Crimson glory do not stain the colour you expect it to be. The crimson glory stains your lips almost a neon pink rather than a dark red. The jazz berry stains a very bright but slightly desaturated purple-pink. Jazz berry is darker than the crimson glory which by first looking at the colour of the outside you'd think the opposite. I will not be buying it again

I like this product it last longer and doesn’t smudge.

Ran out of stain/color after first use… I have tried shacking it and nothing. The color is a pretty neutral shade but too bad it only works one time.

I was so hopeful but it was so sticky, drying, smudged easily. I like the color Crimson Glory but it just didn't perform to the high standards I was have of CoverGirl.

So… got this with hopes it would be amazing… not so much. My lips are sticky, my teeth are pink, and the colour absolutely did not stay true. Sad.

IS NO LONG LASTING, the color is horrible, make my lips so dry, i bouth a multiples colors, and all looks like the same

I got this free.. is not my favorite. The color is really strong so if that your vibe then u will love this. The colors are not subtle and very bold. This product is just not for me

I was happy to see that lipstain markers were making a comeback. I got accustomed to not feeling lipstick on my lips so, after they were all discontinued, I was struggling to find something that was bearable. These have that same weightless/comfortable feeling . Unfortunately, none of the colors matched the swatches/packaging. I realize that the colors will look different on everyone's lips but every single one of them came out a hideous orange/pink (of varying depths) on my lips. I tried them ALL because they feel great. I have no idea how well they last because I always had to remove immediately. If they came out with some decent colors, they would have a customer for life.

Best lip stain ever. It legit stays on my lips and applies so easily. It also does not dry out whatsoever which I seem to love since it lasts long. Need more colours for sure!

I bought this lip stain it the color Canyon and it made my lips sting and tingle. It seemed dried out, but if I tilted my head all the way back then I could get more product out. It is a nice color but over all the product is horrible if I could give it zero stars I would.

It was dried out the second time I tried using it which was 3 days after I purchased it. I had kept the cap on the whole time it had no reason to dry out. I have no idea how this product has 4 stars.
