I am a life long dedicated consumer of Covergirl products but PLEASE bring back grey khaki self sharpening eyeliner! I have tried for several months to experiment with different colors and NONE OF THEM work as well!

Stars are for 1.) Because it use to be my favorite go-to eyeliner. 2.) it's not the pencil kind that I use to use, but now no matter the brand none of them can be sharpened properly. No stars 1.)The new formula isn't great and it's not as precise as it was. Instead I ended up with a mess or my whole eyelid ended up black, from trying to correct the mess. 2.)This one doesn't have anywhere enough in it. I run out way before any other ones I purchase. 3.) Not being able to see how much is left. There have been times that I would only get one eyelid done. What happened CoverGirl? Your products use to great now their meh.

I purchased the perfect point plus eyeliner in black onyx. The pencil will not extend. When I turn the pencil I can hear a click but the pencil will not come up. This is a brand new pencil that I just opened. I will never buy another Covergirl Perfect Point Plus.

This was such a great pencil before covergirl changed to new applicator. The colors are not right. And what happened to just brown?! Great pencil for a lot of years. Too bad! I bought 2 colors neither worked. Application is impossible. I will be looking for a new pencil. I dont understand ruining this staple for almost anyone that used the former product. Big 0. Very dissappointed in Covergirl.

I’m so disappointed you discontinued, grey khaki. It is the only shade I have found complementaryfor my eyebrows, Hair and skin. It has been so popular and usually the one that flies off the shelf the soonest. Why would you stop Making the shade. I know many people feel the same way.

Bring Back Grey Khaki!!! Best color for crisp yet subtle upper lid lining. Charcoal is too dark, and both your brown shades are too dark/ warm. Perfect Blend Eyeliner in shade Smokey Taupe is a great, smudgeable lower liner shade. I've started hoarding them in case you decide to discontinue it too. But it IS NOT a suitable replacement as you continually recommend...

do not like this pencil because of the application. The plastic is hard and if you don't get the product up for enough, you scrape your eyelid. If you get it too far, it breaks off. Every review is answered, but the same answer for each. No question is actually answered..

I used this for years but lately I will occasionally get one that doesn't work. It will turn but nothing will come out, so you're basically out the money because open makeup cannot be returned.

Been using "Perfect Point Plus" eyeliner for years. Just opened a new package, twisted the pencil and nothing! It just turns and turns -- eyeliner does not lift up (similar to when they're used up). I would just think it was an odd occurrence but it isn't. This happened previously about a year ago, too. These brand new eyeliners wind up in the trash. Don't have receipts because I usually stock up when on sale or have coupons, as I try to keep a couple on hand. No more. Sorry but will have check out other brands.
