This product is a true contour, with grey undertones perfect for emphasizing shadows on the face. It blends very well and has a natural finish. It’s buildable and also has no makeup scent. This is in the shade Sculpted and is perfect for medium, olive and tan skin tones.

Bought shade defined, it’s a nice shade for pale skin. I swatched it on my hand and that’s all since I received an open one. Not sure I want to risk using it on my face, who knows what the person had and where they tried it in store. Went back into the store and every single shade (blush/highlight/contour) were opened and tried. Do better Target.

LOVE! The Contour shade DEFINET is a perfect Taupe. I'm Fair complected with cool undertones and green eyes, not always easy to find Contour shades. This a dupe for the powder blush by NYX Professional HD in shade TAUPE. That is a cult classic and almost impossible to find now. Whenever I find one I snag it up. I moved to Colorado years ago and it's very dry here so I really need a cream blush and then I sat with a powder of the same shade. I've been a makeup snob over the years but there are many great drugstore brands that are seriously competing and this is one. The, very easy to blend even in dry climates and dry skin. It lasts forever when you sit with a powder, even a translucent powder if you don't want to add any more color. I also got the shade NUDE FLUSH and love it as well. Wasn't sure what to expect but on me, it's a beautiful peachy pink then when Blended out it's just a natural looking flush. I am really pleased with these. I used Covergirl way back in the day before there were brands before we had all the choices we do now. Covergirl is tried and true brand and has been around since the beginning of affordable makeups. I see why. I see many newer Brands going under but Covergirl is still around and there's a reason. Absolutely these cream sticks

However I don’t know if it’ll be my go to because I have oily skin and prefer to use matte or powder products. Great packaging though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the CoverGirl TruBlend Skin Enhancer Contour Balm while searching for an easy-to-use stick contour, and overall, I do not regret it! The product’s formula is rich and creamy, which means it can be achieved in no more than two steps. For beginners, contouring can be very intimidating, but with the skin enhancer balm, it can be blended out using just fingers or a sponge, which will produce a sculpted effect without any harsh lines. I appreciate that it does not feel heavy or greasy my skin. I have medium skin, and the shade I picked was perfectly balanced, neither too warm or too cool, making it sit perfectly under a subtle contour. My only qualm is that the balm does not seem to last very long. Even with setting powder, it faded quite a bit after a few hours. If you have oily skin, you may want to carry some with you to touch up throughout the day. Another issue I have is the packagings overall flimsy feel. I’d be careful when twisting it up because that could easily lead to breakage. Smells good on my skin. All things considered, if you wish to achieve a more natural look, it is a great contouring stick for everyday use. Just be prepared to reapply to get through the whole day!

Purchased Sweet Violet and it is a beautiful color pink-violet shade on my light-medium olive skin. It dries down to a soft matte and wears well on my oily skin. The only issue I have is I purchased 2 (one for home) and one for travel at separate times and from separate retailers and both were separated from the package base. Product was smashed in both caps as well. I have to keep the product upright. It’s salvageable but disappointing.
