Crckt Kids' Hardside Carry On Spinner Suitcase

This carry on is so pretty and perfect for kids

Ordered twice from Target and arrived damaged and scuffed in two of three deliveries. Recent delivery arrived used without tags and scuffs on all sides with no option to replace for a new suitcase or receive partial refund for damaged $60+ gift.

Arrived broken, dented, and all scuffed up.

My daughter got this for her birthday. We went on one trip and used it as a Carry On and it broke before we even got back home. The top handle came completely off and you can’t put it back on. So we can’t even use it now. Waste of money and I was so disappointed!!!

I was excited to buy this for my niece. I ordered via drive up and when I took it out of the trunk, the entire front was covered in scuff marks and there was a large dent on the back.

My daughter LOVES this suitcase for travel. She is a very petite 5 year old and is able to easily get through the airport with this suitcase, it glides very smoothly and is very easy to pull/ push. I will be buying another for my other children as they all commented that they like this suitcase the best. For the price we are very happy with the purchase.

We only used this suitcase 2 times & the handle completely broke off. The airline's tags fell off the handle when it broke & it took days for the airport to locate it for us. The suitcase was still under warranty, so we reached out to customer service multiple times (Olivet, not Target) but they never called back. I know it's a cute design, but please listen to the other reviews & don't waste your money!

Bought this suitcase for my granddaughter for Christmas - she'll love it

My daughter loves this suitcase! She packed for a 2 day trip and everything fit perfectly! Love the colors as well! Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Ripped at the interior zipper seam the very first time we tried to use it. It was not even full. Very disappointed!

Super cute and great size. My daughter liked being able to move it around easily. However, it’s only been on one trip and the handle came completely off, not repairable. We are within return window so will try that, but if not, it’s now useless.

My 5 y.o. daughter picked out this suitcase and she loved it. It was a good size and was easy for her maneuver on her own. Our first time using it though, the handle broke. I lifted it to put in the trunk and one side of the handle came off completely. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed so we had to return it.

We bought this kids suitcase for our recent trip, but were incredibly disappointed with its quality. Despite taking good care of it (stowed overhead during a single round trip flight), the exterior is already covered in scratches. The outer shell material is awful for this type of product. No matter how hard you try, this suitcase WILL scratch when it comes into contact with anything. There are far superior scratch-resistant suitcases available for kids at this price point. While the style is cute, I wouldn't recommend this product and will be looking elsewhere for our next kid's travel case.

When I checked this bag, I found out the design is not durable! Completely ruined by luggage slides.

I ordered this online and it came all scratched up, not in the least even in fair condition. I returned to Target and ordered another one for pick up at the Holland Target. Return was super easy, the cashier was amazing. When to the area they put the pick up items and brought out the suitcase this time it had big cracks on it. Very dissapointed they even gave it to us.

Lifting by handle the second time we used it and the handle came off. Not repairable.

This was perfect for my son. Very easy to move around and had enough room for everything he needed for 7 days, with room.

The suitcase was all scratched up when I received it with red marks.😑
