After several hours, you will need to blow the candle out before touching the canister. It becomes really hot and that is mentioned on the canister too. The scent is kiwi oak moss and it smells so good. It has an outdoorsy woodsy smell with a very slight sweet smell. For the price this is a perfect gift for a friend or family member who has a creative side. The color is a muted puple and the lid is made out of a rubber or silicone. The glass jar with the silicone lid looks modern and the message on the front adds a positive touch to my space. The kiwi scent is fresh and clean. It has one wick and it’s pretty big for the cost of the product. It would make a great gift and it’s very aesthetically pleasing so you could leave it on the counter no problem without it looking cluttery or ugly when it burns because it’s not see-through, I love it.
