At first glance, it looks great. When you start coloring in details, you’ll notice the perspective is off and the lines don’t make sense.

I actually purchased this as an activity for a person with dementia. Although I am not sure if it will be effective for that purpose, this book has the following positive qualities: 1) Each page is a good thickness and smooth texture such that coloring with markers, crayons, pens, pencils, or paints should all work equally well. 2) Each drawing is one-sided per page, which makes it more workable if using paints or markers especially, or not wanting to smudge the reverse already-colored side when using it. 3) Each page is perforated so that it can be removed more easily if desired for separate drawing or keeping outside of the booklet. 4) There are several example drawings (3 total) showing shading to demonstrate how one might use multiple colors in a particular delineated drawing area. 5) The drawings themselves are detailed enough to provide a realistic view of storefronts on a Main Street, yet the delineated spaces are also widely enough spaced to make coloring practical if someone has difficulty. The pictured items can provide good discussion with others also.
