These would be better if it had a line wrench instead of the spline box end you use the line wrench end to break it then flip the wrench to the ratcheting end

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only set of ratcheting wrenches that has the ratchet on the open side I've ever used that works. It has a satisfying click with it locks into place on the next lug and does hold very tight even if you aren't perfectly centered on the nut or bolt head. The closed end is also very sturdy and has nice deep grooves to grip onto the head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far these seem like great wrenches. The black oxide coating seems pretty durable with complete coverage over the entire wrench. I'm not worried about it wearing off any time soon. The entire wrench feels pretty sturdy. The grip on fasteners is pretty consistent and the ratcheting mechanism is convenient. The only thing that worries me is there is a lot of play in the little sliding catch piece that allows the wrench to ratchet. I don't know how that will come into play long-term, but at least for right now, they work great. All the markings are easily readable and they look great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! These wrenches are awesome. They allow you to get some tight spaces for sure. I haven’t seen many wrenches on the market where the open end is the ratcheting one. I have use the box end ratchets from other brands before but they don’t allow for the flexibility of an open end wrench. Only issue I have seen is the black coating is starting to pit off from use.

While it appears at a quick glance to be a basic open ended wrench set, these have an almost hidden feature that allows you to save time and effort. The open ended side has a ratcheting feature that makes so you can continue to use the wrench without having to remove it from the fastener you are working on. This subtle feature makes it much easier when working in tight spaces, where it may be difficult to see or access. I have used in on my mower deck to loosen nuts where I cannot see them without laying down, with these wrenches once I get it started without having to actually see it to keep coming off and on the nut.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have a set of ratcheting box wrenches so this was a nice addition to the tool box. There are often times when the limited space requires an open end wrench and until now, I would have to go through the processes of putting my old open end wrenches on the item, taking the tool off, putting it on, etc... just to tighten something. These feel solid and well built. Having the spline-box end on the other side is super handy since that fits more than your typical hex bolts, including rounded nuts and bolts. I used the 9/16" open end for a project recently and it worked great. I was working in a blind spot and it took a little faith that the tool was working as there was no audible clicking normally associated with a ratchet however, after several back and forth turns of the tool, the bolt was tightening as desired. I was able to torque down on the bolt as I normally would, no give or flex in the tool. Very happy with the mechanical performance of this tool. The tool is well sized and feels comfortable in my hand. The only complaint I would have if the durability of the finish. As you can see in my photo, the black finish scratched/scuffed the first time I used this. While tools are meant for function and not for looks, I worry that over time, the sizes my become hard to read if the finish gets worn off. Overall pretty happy with this, would recommend for now.

Whether it was tightening a bike wheel or putting together toys for daughter or installing a new toilet, these were by my side. These will be a go to in my tool box now for all my jobs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wrenches work well and the ratcheting function is great to have. The open end of the wrench is the ratcheting side which I didn’t realize. I am slighted disappointed with the black finish on the tools. After light use I noticed the finish was already coming off. Just a cosmetic issue but thought I would point that out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the set on an outdoor camera installation. With old and new stainless bolts, there were no issues with the strength or fit of the wrenches. Saved time and space over packing a socket set into a boom lift, no need to change out sockets with multiple wrenches. Solid time saver, easy to use, we've added to tool stock on our service vans. The finish did wear a bit breaking the old bolts, but tools are meant to be used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used them for a recent vehicle repair where a ratchet would not fit. After a quick learning curve they broke the nut free and the unique ratcheting method made quick work at removable. I'd highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent set of wrenches , ratchetsing head is nice for some industrial applications but probably not good for working on vehicle's . Finish is not consistent but that dosent effect how they work . It would be nice if it ratcheted on both ends .

Great feeling in the hand, good construction. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact that only the open end ratchets. Sometimes the closed end is what you want to ratchet, like in a tight space- you know the ones that takes 5 full minutes to get the wrench seated- just to have it fall off. Those.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are very good looking wrenches, work well. Only concern is the little metal part in the wrench that is made to ratchet the nut. Seems like it would be great for light use but may break down with heavy use.

I have the old version of this wrench and you could not put the amount of force that you can with this new design. I do wish the plastic holder that it comes in could break away the unnecessary parts for better storage.

The packaging is what drew me in first. Great job on that. But the ratcheting feature is next level. 10/10 would recommend this set for anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crescent reinvented the wrench and it works great! Not alot of moving parts to break, works really well, solid tool. I wish they made a way to break off extra plastic packaging so you could easily save it to organize them in your tool box. I'll be orderi g the metric version of this set soon.
