Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsng habits (to minimize swallowing). (works) as a GREAT substitute for actual toothpaste when used with actual toothbrush ____ (wish) crest make "diamond strong" toothpaste AGAIN @ BEST EVER (outside of clinpro) ____ used BEFORE crest 2-step toothpaste only using step-1 (both versions keep mouth clean = sharp teeth) @ this mouthwash is better than step-2 (teeth enamel is stronger)

This mouthwash made a noticeable difference right away. I saw my teeth turning whiter in the first week. I do have sensitive teeth and gums and it burned terribly the first time I used it, but now I use it daily and have no problems. I definitely recommend for whiter teeth and fresher breath.

The more consistent you are with this product the better the results. Would recommend using the product right before bed since you can’t eat or drink anything for thirty minutes. The taste is minty and refreshing, but very strong and powerful. Did cause a little excessive spitting after use, but very worth it. Would recommend.

But I don’t like the taste to me it has like hydrogen peroxide and it’s pretty strong. But it has a made my teeth a little whiter and it works on sensitive teeth which for me is a plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not the biggest fan. Maybe this mouthwash is for upkeep after you use the strips, but I would just rather use the strips. First, it has hydrogen peroxide in it, which foams up in my mouth, and so by they time you get done swishing for as long as they say to, your mouth is full of tiny bubbles. But then, you aren’t allowed to rise or drink anything for like 30 minutes, and so I’m sitting there, at the sink, for the next few minutes, spitting out peroxide foam. I just don’t like it. It seems to work pretty good, but I don’t like the process

This mouthwash has a pleasant mint flavor. It's alcohol-free, so it doesn't burn, and it hasn't caused me to have any tooth sensitivity. I'll continue to use it and will probably switch to this permanently when I run out of my usual product.

Unfortunately I didn’t see no difference but made my teeth a little sensitive because of the peroxide that it contains and can taste after rinsing with the wash. It doesn’t compare to the whitening strip that work much better and the mouthwash is too pricey for what it doesn’t do.
