Q: What's the hydrogen peroxide %?
A: Hi Crest Team. Some have more sensitivity and need to know the percentage of hydrogen peroxide. Your ingredients are on the box and not proprietary. You have to disclose it. Opalescence has 10% & 15%.

Q: any reviews not part of a promotion?
A: Mine was not part of a promotion. I recommend these - at least one kit every 6 months if you drink coffee. They are quite gentle, though.

A: Our Crest 3D Whitestrips Professional Effects Whitestrips contain 10% hydrogen peroxide in the gel of the strips. Some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop when using 3D White Whitestrips.

Q: What is the difference between the Classic White stips and the number 12 white strips?How do I choose the level of white?
A: We wanted to make finding the best Crest Whitestrips for your specific needs easier by adding a whitening level to some of our packaging. The higher whitening level, the greater the whitening results we would expect. This level can depend on a number of things, such as the amount of strips in the box or how long the strips are designed to be worn.

Q: Is it safe to ingest? Curious since you’re keeping it in your mouth and salivating is bound to happen.
A: Our Whitestrips have undergone an extensive testing process, and are safe when used as directed, Nicole. If you ingest a small amount that's ok however, the strip itself should not be swallowed. If you have any concerns, we'd recommend speaking with your doctor or dental professional.
