Q: Are you limited on what you may eat or drink during or following the two-week treatment period? For example, do you have to avoid tea or juice?
A: I don't avoid coffee, but I do rinse my mouth with water really well right after finishing a cup.
submitted bybree - 2 years agoA: While you shouldn't eat or drink (with the exception of water) while using our Crest Whitestrips, there's no particular foods or beverages that you have to avoid during the treatment period. It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.
