Vigorously swish 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.Adults and children 6 years & older:

These rinses can contribute to temporary, surface-level brown tooth discoloration. This tooth discoloration is actually a sign your mouthwash is working. After it kills germs in your mouth, the dead germs can collect on the tooth surface and create the appearance of a brown stain. Brown discoloration is reversible and preventable. To help aid in the removal of tooth surface stain, we recommend a tartar-control/whitening toothpaste, a power toothbrush, floss, and regular dental visits. Based on your experience, we do recommend you discontinue using this mouthwash, and ask that you hold onto it, in the event our team would like to collect it. This is a household staple. It’s effective and works well.  at least my mouth feeling fresh and clean after brushing. The flavor doesn’t bother me and it’s sensitive enough packaging is really nice.

Crest pro health mouth wash is just great for that deep rinse and has a slight minty taste, it’s not over powering. Works great and great value. Bottle is spill proof and plastic unbreakable.

It works wonders and doesn’t sting or burn my mouth. I can actually swish for 60 seconds without being in pain. It doesn’t taste awful either compared to some other mouthwashes I’ve tried. My dentist has seen improvement as well.

This is the mouth wash my husband prefers and his teeth are always perfect when he goes for his regular dentist visits. He likes this kind also because he gets tonsil stones and this helps with the taste he gets from them. He never has cavities and his gums are great. So this is what he always wants me to get for him!

I’ve always liked crest.. never had an issue and it taste great. I don’t drink it for breakfast, but I use it after I brush. Makes my teeth feel clean and white. I use all crest products. I get my moneys worth and I’m not breaking the bank.

I have been using this mouthwash for the longest time, and it has definitely saved my very soft and sensitive teeth from cavities. I also like that it’s not made with alcohol so it doesn’t burn when I use it. It’s an every day staple for me.
