A: You must get your “pin” info from your email. It will arrive in an email link within 4-24 hours from purchase. Use the link in that email to get your “pin” info which is actually more like a credit card number. Save that info including Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and the payment amount. Log into your Cricket account. Select Payments. Scroll down and select “To pay with a Cricket Refill Card…” Type in your Cricket phone number. Select Service Payment Card Type in the Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and the payment amount. Click Accept. Select Review payment. It usually updates your balance in the Cricket system within a few hours or less. I have never had a problem doing this over the past year. You can copy and paste the credit card number but be aware it never copies the last digit which causes an error. Good luck! Target has discounts on these refill cards every so often; usually about 10% and if you have a Target Red card, you get another 5%.
