I bought this and didn’t know till I got it you have to have a laptop to use it and not your phone. It was no where in the description you can’t use your phone. Now I have a product and can’t use it. It can only be used on a Mac book or a laptop with windows

Hi, I love my mug machine but this is the third one... It has a problem of getting to hot and braking ,, I think it needs a little help on that.. I wish they had a bigger one for tumblers tooo,, But I do love hope this one will last longer
