The Fine-Point Replacement Blades come two per container. The number of cuts each blade makes depends on the material used. Fine-Point Replacement Blades, (formerly known as Standard Replacement Blades, but not Premium Fine Point Blades,) have green or gray protective caps and are intended for use with the green Standard Blade Housing.

I am very disappointed with the quality of these fine point blades. I am having to replace them just about every other week, which gets expensive. I used my initial blade that came with my Maker for almost a year before I replaced it. The Cricut brand are awful now. Guess I will start buying off-brand blades from now on. Even if they don't last any longer than the brand name ones, at least they will be half the price.

As a county funded facility, a library, we worked our little Cricut half to death and went through blades like Kleenexes. We found the Target had the best price and sometimes even a deal. Their price was well within our budget so we bought them quite regularly. I received a Cricut for Christmas for my own personal use and immediately ordered these for curbside pick up. There's certain parts such as these that Target has the very best price over all online and original stores combined.

The blade tears through the paper, some parts it doesn't cut. The paper bunches up on some parts where there is a point/corner. Great for heavy paper. I too have tried the tricks to sharpen the blade. No Luck.
